an Italian from upstate New York. &nbsp;We have five kids and a big extended family and our home is almost always full of people! &nbsp;I believe that some of life&#8217;s best moments happen around the table and I love creating delicious meals and opportunities for those moments to happen. &nbsp;Sharing a meal is a great way to connect or reconnect. &nbsp;It opens the door for great conversation and quality time. &nbsp;I&#8217;ve been cooking for about 30 years now. &nbsp;I&#8217;ve made a lot of mistakes and also figured a few things out, and I&#8217;d love to share some of the things
